First of all your going to need a ditto, and Pokemon who knows theif, and you need to be in a double battle. Give the Pokemon with theif an item. Now while your in a double battle, use transform. Next use theif on the ditto. If this worked the ditto should have had the item the theiving Pokemon had/has.You now have two.
