First you have to have an action replay.
Here are the steps to getting this awesome creature:
1.get the azure flute by entering this code:

Press L+R before entering a pokemart with this cheat and a grenn guy will be ib there and he will give you the azure flute

3.your flute will glow and then your screen will turn white then stairs will appear.
