Say I want the Pokemon number 9 in the pokedex, then you replace the "xxx" with the number 009. But you don't count normal it's in hex so it's like 001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008 ,009, 00a, 00b, 00c, 00d, 00e, 00f, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 01a, 01b, 01c, 01d, 01e, 01f, and so on. Then you holds select in some tall grass for a second and walk around and you get the Pokemon you wanted the same lvl and gender as the Pokemon that would be there without the code but with different moves, stats, and abilities. You can't get all the Pokemon though, I have rampardos he is kinda high in the pokedex so you can only get Pokemon lower and a little higher in the pokedex

Btw deoxys is "182".

NOTE: I use these codes to get almost all my Pokemon and I found this out from another guy buy adding different numbers. I can't remember his/her name
