Alright, make sure you enabled it, you must first go to twinleaf town. Then go to Lake verity. Go to the middle of the lake and go in the cave. When you see mesprit, save the game. Now, walk towards mesprit holding L R and click on him. You will hear arceus. You will walk right through mesprit and arceus will randomly battle you. He's lvl 80. If you catch him or run away, the cave will look very different then it did before. If you accidenlty messed up, that's why I told you to save. These codes I submit actually work. You can get Arceus as many times as you want.
