In order for you to use move modafaction cheats you must have any Pokemon can learn any move then the mod.
Next press L and R while playing game and go to your bag you will see 497 heart scales then hold L while tossing heart scale and in the first tm in your bag you will see a move diffrent from your normal one.
So bacily just hold L with the cheats and then toss heart scales
