Mesprit likes to wander around Sinnoh and gets really annoying. To make this easier, have a Pokemon use FLY and fly to one town. Walk a few steps and MESPRIT will move it's location. If MESPRIT is nowhere near you, use FLY again (same town) and take a few steps. MESPRIT will move again. Do this until MESPRIT is near you. (you can follow where MESPRIT is on your poketch)
