The best place to Defense EV Train is in Oreburgh Mine. There is an 80% chance that either Geodude or Onix appears. These Pokemon will all be under Level 10. Your Pokemon will earn 1 Defense EV Point for every Geodude or Onix it defeats. That 2 Defense EV Points for every Geodude or Onix if your Pokemon has Pokerus!
