To get Chatot,first go to the valley windworks and capture a Buizel.Then go to Jublife City and go to the building right of Jublife T.V. And you'll see a kid at a table.Talk to him and he will ask to trade.NOTE:if your Buizel has a nickname,a nickname(such as Charap)will be given to your new Chatot.
