how to get a heatran without a ds action replay.

first you need to have the natinal dex. the go to the survivel area. got to stark mountain. help the guy do something. then find your way to a steap rock climb. use stenth of the rock. the rock climb up then go in to a cave. he will be right there. press a then you will be in a battle with him. bring lots of masterballs or a lot of ultra balls.
