Another way for Missingno?

Anyway, I found this out on accident while fooling around with my Action Replay.

First thing you will need is to be at the very start of the game with no Pokemon. Have the "Run/Walk Through Anything" cheat enabled. Ignore everyone and walk straight to Sandgem Town (preferably through the trees) and go into Professor Rowan's lab. Talk to him, and when he gets finished, he will ask you if you want to give ? A nickname (or something along those lines). Say no. Then look at your party and you should have a weird question mark thing with you!

P.S. On occasion, it crashes the game.
