After beating Dialga, or the fake Groudon to get to the 3 lake pok�mon if you go back up to see them again, you can rebattle them, and if you win they will ask you if they can join your team whatever happens, so anytime after you have stopped the planets paralysis, go up to the legendary pok�mon and recruit them.
