Ok you go to Wyvern hill and use the 99th floor cheat. While on the 99th floor use the go up one floor cheat to go to the 0th floor then walk up the stairs and it will say you are in a dungeon called Boss 3 that has 20-30 floors

(i don't remember exactly how many)all it has are poliwag and castform and you can't recruit them and on all the floors you can't use explosion or self-destruct

I did it on my Dungeon blue and it worked but when I tried it a second time it didn't work. So it may not work for some of you.
