If you are trying to do a lv1 cave heres a little tip get a Pokemon that always throws items like moltres or shelgon ect find some gravel rock,sticks ect give them to that Pokemon because gravel rocks take of 20 and the Pokemon you will find will have in between 20 and 30 hp
