At the first time that you are entering Mt.Blaze, you have two choices choose rock path to level up a little if your level is lower than 25. WARNING ! If you go face Moltres at the Peak at 3F, if you are defeated you will lose your money and if you lose again, you lose some items. Goes the same for Articuno at Frosty forest but rock path becomes Spoiler:
