Worked out the individual codes to get wild Pokemon with 31 IVs in a stat, you can put them in as individual codes or as one depending on how you want you pokemon's IVs.
Recommended that you only use 1 or 2 of these if you plan on using the Pokemon you catch in a tournament because Nintendo has ways of checking for hacks.
If you want a certain set of stats you can change the "20XX" to the right hexadecimal number of 0-31.
