Fleeing pokemon hints and tips for Pokemon Diamond

I no there is a hint like this but I think this location is better in order to catch mesprit and cresselia. Go to solaceon city and either go up to route 210 or down to route 209(i perfer 210) and ride back and forth from route to city and wait till the Pokemon is near u
