After pressing L and R, go to any Poke Mart and talk to a guy dressed in green. He will give you the Azure Flute, Member Card, and Oak's Letter each time you talk to him (one item at a time).

Use the Azure Flute at Hall of Origin. Take one step and it will ask you if you want to play the Azure Flute. Once the Azure Flute is played, a giant flight of stairs will appear in front of you. At the top, you will find Arceus at level 80. After you catch or defeat Arceus, once you leave Hall of Origin, the giant flight of stairs will be gone.

The Member Card gives entry to the hotel in Canalave City. Walk in, and a man will bring you to a bed to sleep in. You will be in a dream at a place called Newmoon Island. Darkrai will be waiting for you in a puddle of water at the deep part of Newmoon Island. Once you catch or defeat Darkrai, you will wake up from the dream. When you walk out the door, the captain will tell you about something that hasn't been seen for fifty years. Then you will be able to visit Newmoon Island anytime.

Oak's Letter makes Professor Oak appear in front of a huge rock at the top of Route 224. He will let you engrave the rock saying that you want to thank someone other than yourself. Type the name (any name except your own) and when you're done, a path of flowers will appear and Shaymin wille walk up then run north. Follow the road called Seabreak Path (the fastest way is by Bike in second gear) all the way to a beautiful place called Flower Paradise, where you can catch Shaymin. You can visit Seabreak Path and Flower Paradise anytime.
