Want a Alakazam? Electivire? Gengar? And the other trade only pokemon? Well theres an easy way to get them and they are also yours! No noob interfeing with EVs or anything.
Just go to the Gobal trade System and offer a 'Trade Pokemon' you want to evolve but ask for something stupid like a lv 100 deoxys so nobody takes your pokemon. Then trade something rubbish like a geodude for a starly. Then go back and take out your 'trade Pokemon' form the offer section and watch your Pokemon evolve right before your eyes!!!
Rember some Pokemon need a special item to evolve (ie electabuzz,Magmar,rhydon etc.)
