There are many psychic legendaries in Pokemon Diamond, but Cresselia is probably the best. The elusive Pokemon has some of the highest base stats of any Pokemon in the series. Cresselia has a great mix of Ice and Psychic type attacks. Don't forget that she has a variety of offensive and defensive moves. Teach her calm mind to make her stronger. You can get her by going to Canalave City and going to the house next to the boat. Talk to the kid with nightmares and go talk to the guy with the boat afterwards. He'll take you too Full Moon Island. There you talk to Cresselia and get her Pokedex data. Then she runs off leaving the lunar wing. Take it to the kid to get him healed. Then set out to catch cresselia.
