As all the events from the Pokemon ranger series have finished, in the original Pokemon ranger ds game, you are still able to get a manaphy.

If you put manaphy in with a ditto and hatch the egg you will receive another awesome rare Pokemon for your national pokedex a Phione!

Phione is also available for trade in the Wii Ware game 'My Pokemon Ranch' for 1000 points. Once 250 Pokémon are present on the ranch, the ranch will expand and jump to a new level. When this level is obtained, Hayley will add a new Pokémon to the "Wanted" board, Leafeon. When Leafeon is brought to the ranch, she will offer to trade it for her Phione. Leafeon is accessible in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl by getting an Eevee (available from Bebe in hearthrome city) and levelling it up in the blizzard outside snow point city around the ice covered rock.
