Put a Pokemon in a random spot in any box,then click on the Pokemon you are cloning, and finally press start+select at same time and move your Pokemon to a different box, go back to that box and you will have that same Pokemon, same stats, and that in the spot where your Pokemon was when you clicked start+select. Tested and works on Diamond, not sure about Pearl.

Press L+R and you will have 493 master balls,once you have the National Dex. You should check for the # of the Pokemon you want, toss the master balls until you have that # of master balls that the Pokemon you want # is , then you hold L and walk around in the grass or whatever and let go of L when the battle starts,if you didn't toss any and you do L in the grass arceus should show up.

Tested and works for diamond, not tested on Pearl.
