How to find rotom: First go to the end of the Eterna Forest and you should see an old abandonded house go in it and you will see a big table go to the left hallway left to that table and in one of those rooms there a t.v. On click a on it and rotom will come out of the t.v. There's when you catch it.(this cheat only works for people who has dialga/palkia and deafeted the Pokemon league.)
