It is a 1 out off 500 chance this will happen but when you start the game and your friend and you are going to the lake you sae right before you go in and then go in. You keep on turning it off and entering again until you get a shiny chimchar, turtwig, or piplup. To know if it is shiny or not when you play them blue stars should go around them for a second.
