Requirements, National Pokedex, Elite 4 and Pokemon Champion Cynthia beaten, action replay, and run through anything action replay cheat. First set the run through anything cheat on. Go to Canalave City. Talk with the sailor that takes you to Iron Island. He will say something like " I've lost my passion for sailing my poor son is in an endless nightmare."

Something like that. Go to the house yo the left of him, with a sign next to it. Go in and talk to the boy in bed and his mom. Go back out and talk to the sailor, he will tell you about the lunar wing and take you to Fullmoon Island. Go there, get the luar wing from Cresselia,leave. And instead of going back to the sailor yo give it him, take a right into the water. You'll end up in the Mstery Zone, but keep on going until you reach another island, Newmoon Island. There is Darkrie. Since I already beat the elite 4 and other stuff it only took me about five minutes. Darkrai is at level 40, so don't go and bring really strong pokemon. After you catch him go back to the sailor with the lunar wing and give it to the sick boy in bed. HOPE THIS HELPS!
