Go to any Route (After winning the first badge)and wait patiently.After some time you will notice a shaking grass.Walk into that shaking grass.They will mostly be Audinos.Each Audino at least gives more then 500 Exp.I used this trick and trained my team for the E4 till level 70.Hope you find this useful
