How to get Victini!

Victini is a legendary on the pokedex in the Unova Region it is marked as 000 on the Dex, you will have to get the Liberty Ticket from the Wi-Fi event.

Get the Liberty Ticket and go to Castelia City. If you have the Liberty Ticket and you talk to the person standing beside a Yellow Boat on the docks, they will take you there where you will challenge Team Plasma. Victini will be in the basement of the building on that island.

If you make Victini faint you will get numerous chances to try and catch it again, just walk out of the room and walk back in and Victini will reappear!
