Here are some things that saved me during trials:
1. Save often. I can't stress this enough, people! Especially before you present proof. They don't let you save while you pick evidence.
2. If you get stuck, just bluff your way through. Press the witness on everything they say, no matter how trivial.
3. Check the Court Case often. Pay special attention to dates, times, and other easily forgettable things like that, because that's where people screw up.
4. When you're not in the trial, check everything and show everyone everything if you get stuck. You never know what will trigger an event.
Those things really helped me out, hopefully they'll help you too.

If your ever stuck on a testimonie save it at the start of a testimonie then present every item to every sentenceif you lose all your health thern turn it off then bak on and keep going from wer you left off and if you get it at like the last try or around there I would suggest turniung it off and on then present the item that worked to the sentence that worked

Insert Gyakuten Saiban for the Game Boy Advance into the GBA slot Then turn on Gyakuten Saiban: Yomigaeru Gyakuten. You can just skip right ahead to Case 5 without having to do or complete case 5.

At the end after you complete the game the touch screen will show fingerprint powder being used and blown away to reveal the credits. After a few screens of credits, a dialog scene will begin with a character from the game. During the scenes, tap the touch screen to apply fingerprint powder to it, and blow it off to reveal a hidden drawing of that character that is on the top screen.
