Unlock Hard Mode:
Complete Story mode on the Normal difficulty setting to unlock the Hard difficulty in Single-Player mode. Reach level 30 to unlock the Hard difficulty in Multiplayer mode.
Unlock Super Mode:
Reach level 60 to unlock the Super difficulty setting in Multiplayer mode.
