Press Triangle during gameplay and go to 'Settings' and then 'Unlockables' (the key figure). Type in the following codes (without the quotes) to find the correspondig item in the toy chest or closet.

Unlock Angel Maine Coon and Angelic Wings:

Unlock Cowboy Orangutan, Cowboy Hat and Bandana:

Unlock Ballerina Capuchin and Ballerina Outfit 2:

Unlock Fairy Yorkie, Frilly Collar, Fairy Wings 2, Crown and access to Fairy Yorkie in the adoption center:
