A way to not spend ages on walks is to gently tug your dog's leash. He will run, meaning you get through the walk but twice as quick.

You start off with certain dogs depending on what Nintendo dog game you get. Well, you unlock more breeds even from other games! All you have to to is ace the compositions like agility and disc and obedience! It's that simple I think you have to get past master or expert to get their I hope I was a help! If you want your dog to like you so much make a routine for each day
Sometimes dogs are able to sneak out of the house and have fun without your realising if your dog is gone dobt panic just wait a little bit. Some times your dog will come with a present you need your ds dsi or 3ds at standby don't TURN IT OFF only to do is only close your ds for 30 minuits or more after you come back you see that 1 of your dogs sneak out. If your lucky you will get a present
If you want to have all the items avalible or max money, then go out and buy and Action Replay. It is full of awesome codes that you can use on your game. CAUTION:When using these codes for nintendogs be sure to select the right game and check each store to make sure that you can still buy everything that you need before you save.
Hint: If you have already met with someone and they have a type of dog that you want, chanfe your user name in the info section. Then go out and meet with them again with the dog that you want. When you get home, the kennel should bring in some of that type of dog.
You can drag the lightbulb that appears above the dogs head when learning a trick into the dogs mouth as a treat.
Before you can go out and get food and do other things, you must first name your dog and teach teach it to sit.

Poeple that use yorkies can lose contests that need alot of points becuase they are fast to catch the frisbee, catching almost every time(mine anyway) but it takes them a long time to get back to you.

Okay, so, many people ask things like "how do I get my dog to make cool tricks like a backflip?" WEEELLLL here´s the answer. Complex tricks are combinations of basic tricks, like sit, shake, beg, roll over and that stuff. All you have to do is this:
1. Make him do a trick(Ex. Sit)and DO NOT PRAISE HIM, OTHERWISE THIS WOn'T WORK!
2. After not praising him, make him do another trick(ex. Jump)
3. This should result in your puppy doing a complex trick. (ex. Sit+jump=backflip)
ATTENTION:
Not all tricks can be combined, and I discovered this like fifteen minutes ago, so I only know two combinations. 1. Sit+jump=backflip. And
2. Rollover+spin=Break dance

If your starting your game, try starting with a Dalmatian, Boxer, German Sheperd. If you have already started, to unlock all house styles, you need atleast 30000 trainer points or more. To unlock all dogs you need 50000 trainer points.

At 10,000 trainer points you unlock prezrbative free dog food.

P.s I RULE
To get more than one dog go to "go out" then click shopping than click kennels and choose a breed..but some (or most) are rather expensive. To get food do the same thing exept click "pet supply" instead of "kennels".
Okay now I got the game not that long ago and I named my dog and all of that stuff. Now I just need to know how to go out or get another dog or get food. Could someone PLEASE tell me how to go out to get another dog or to get food? PLEASE????

Ok you have to watch the top and bottom of your screen when the dog on the top is stopped moving and the dog on the bottom is there is a present somewhere so stop walking.
When you come to a star 1 bark means a present and 2 barks means it is a dog
