Follow these steps:
1. Buy/Borrow Nintendogs- Dalmatian and friends
2. Buy/Borrow another Nintendo DS
3. Meet in bark mode!
You automatically get the dalmatian in Lab and friends, AS WELL AS the Dalmatian game!
Alternatley, find the FINEMANS HAT on a walk.
This works for any Nintendogs game.
