Play as luigi:

Hold L and R when selecting a profile and you will play as luigi

Get any item you want:

This is hard go to a red toad house and wait till you see what you want and when you do press start 2 items before the item you want.

For exapmle if I want a mini mushroom then I will hit start on the fire flower and let go of start and jump up.
