Easy Experience + Easy Money + No enemy encounter rate
For an easy way to get easy experience and money, you need to go to the Valley of Great Evil.
Easy Experience: You can only do this with Iruka, and Guy. Both of them have "Earn more experience" as their Leader Bonus. To get these characters, you must first beat the game. Then, go to Konohamaru and enter these codes...

When you use this method at the Valley of Great Evil, your characters gain 10,000+ experience every battle.
Easy Money: Can only do this with Temari, and Kankuro. When you've made it to the Valley of Great Evil, you should already have those two. Put one of them as your Leader for their bonus, "Earn more experience". When using this method at the Valley of Great Evil, you can earn up to 3,000Ryo every battle.
No enemy encounter rate: The only characters that have this Leader Bonus are Jiraiya, and Orochimaru. I'm not %100 sure how to get these (I have them but don't remember how I did). By using this, anywhere you go you will not encounter any enemies as long as either one of the two are your leaders.
