Complete ALL the levels on Time Bomb mode to unlock an alternate 'Title' screen.
When you clear area 5-1 you will unlock Time Bomb mode.
When you set the system date to your birthday (registered on the DS) and then complete a level the ending sequence for ALL the levels for the entire day will be the birthday CG.
