Easy Runs
When you have a player on base make him steal 2nd base before the pitcher throws the ball. The pitcher will throw the ball back to second base. When he has done this run back to 1st base but do not go ALL the way there. Now run back to 2nd base before the second baseman throws the ball and he will throw it to 1st base and you will be able to slide safely into 2nd base. Keep repeating the process until you reach home plate.
