Complete the game to unlock Zongazonga's Castle. Then enter it and talk to the staff and pay 3,000 G. When you now defeat Zongazonga you will unlock Z-Elasmo, Z-Ptera, Z-Rex, Z-Tricera, and Zongazonga.
