When you have successfully beaten the main story of DK Jungle Climber new extra stages will become unlocked depending on the amount of Banana Coins you have collected during the game.

Unlock Little Chill 'n' Char Island:
Collect ALL 5 Oil barrels in Chill 'n' Char Island.
Unlock Little Ghost Island:
Collect ALL 5 Oil barrels on Ghost Island.
Unlock Little Lost Island:
Collect ALL 5 Oil barrels on Lost Island.
When you have collected 5 DK coins the cheat menu is unlocked in the 'Extras' section and you are given the option of choosing between 5 or 20 lives after 'Game Over'.
