Apparently you have to find the proper QR code to unlock a certain character. These characters also have different themes. Lightning McQueen has like 13 themes, so good luck getting all of his themes! But anyway, I think you have to find the QR codes on the back of the package of the cars 2 toys. I haven’t found anything, and I’m not 100% sure, but I would give it a shot if I could find any of the cars 2 cars. I would recommend Walmart. Also I would look on the package on any other cars toys too. I don’t know if they will have it on any other ones other than cars 2, but hey man, I’m missing only 2 themes for Lightning so I’m desperate at this point. Let me know if it worked in the comments.

Go to Chrome once you get to the menu that says Single Race ,Field Missions,Circuit Cup;ETC scroll all the way down and it will say spy code go there type 959595 for Lightning McQueen Radiator Springs theme,123456 is Max Schnell Carbon Fiber theme,654321 for Finn McMissile Union Jack theme,225160 for Finn McMissile Airport theme and 174133 for Francesco Bernoulli Black Hood theme.
