Brain Age 2: More Training in Minutes a Day Hints for Nintendo DS
It's simple really all you have to do is when you click on brain age check hold select at the same time and you should get to choose.
It worked for me a few times so best of luck!!
Here are some little hints I picked up enjoy.
Go to the very bottom of the training list and touch the bottom ??? Bar.
It opens up Virus Buster. Virus Buster is a Dr.Mario game but for brain Age 2. The music is relaxing and it's quite amusing. You can play it whenever you want but you have to have earned a stamp for the day to play it. Once you've played and lost it will show up at the bottom of the training list in a blue bar that reads Virus Buster. Hold select when pressing the brain age check to play whatever brain age test you want. Also hold select when you go to graphs and you will be able to see the top 3 of the brain age test and the training games. To Unlock the expert sudoku level you have to get a good time in an intermediate sudoku game. (I'm not sure how good the time is but in the previous it was under 15 minutes to unlock the expert sudoku mode) Hope that helps

Going to test your brain age and you don't know what test is coming? Well, just hold the select button BEFORE you select brain age check and HOLD it until you touch the screen for the test and the man say "welcome to the brain age test selection screen." then pick the tests your suited for and no surprises!
