Defeat the first part of the Story mode.
Unlock Iduru Kira:
Defeat him in the Story mode at the stage where he and Rangiku are both opponents.
Unlock Rangiku Matsumoto:
Defeat her in the Story mode at the stage where she and Iduru are both opponents.
Unlock Tosen, Ururu:
Complete Story mode Part A with 100%
Unlock Ichimaru Gin, Kukaku:
Complete Story mode Part B with 100%
Unlock Tatsuki, Don Kanonji, Ririn, Aizen Sousuke, Ogihci:
Complete Story mode Part C with 100%
Unlock Shibata, Goteitaishi, Shrieker, Menos-Grande, Tsukaima, Grandfisher, Kyugohanin:
Complete Story modes A to D with 100% completion on any difficulty setting.
