Lyle is the stupid otter that comes to your house on Saturday SCAMMING you with his "insurance". Make sure you have 0 Bells in your pockets. Then, talk to him, go through the questionaire and he'll say you don't have enough bells. After that, go get the bells you had and he will leave you alone the WHOLE DAY!!! This tactic was tested.
