If you have someone in your town who you hate,you can push him/her alot and always hit them with a net. If you keep on doing that everyday then it might move out.

If there is someone who is moving and you don't want them to move send him/her a letter with a present and he/she might not move out. But if it doesnt work that was the last thing you did with him/her.
