To get a perfect town,you`ll have to do the following

1.Pull out weeds,clovers,Rafflesia,dandelion puffs and mushrooms.Also pick up any items lying around town.(Fruit is OK.)Warning:If you have lots of weeds and you don`t pull them out,you will find mushrooms.Quickly dig them up.If you let them grow,you won`t be able to dig it!

2.Mark 16x16 acres around town.Sometimes it will turn

Out uneven,but it doesn`t matter.

3.In each acre,plant at least 15 trees and 3 flowers.If

You plant over 17 trees in one acre,then Pelly will say

That there are too many trees.

4.PLant flowers in each acre,too.Don`t plant dandelion

Puffs.They are mentioned as weeds.Normal dandelions are

OK.Each acre should have at least three flowers or more.Ten flowers is too much.

5.Don`t plant any trees or flowers in between two houses.If they move,Tom Nook will cut down the tree when building the new resident`s house.If you want to

Grow red turnips,don`t put it outside your house.If you

expand,Tom Nook will take the turnips,too.If you`ve got

A mansion,it`s OK,because you can`t make your house any

bigger.

6.Keep your town perfect for 16 days.Pull out any weeds

And on the 16th day,Pelly or Phyliss will give you the

Golden Watering Can!After that,you don`t have to keep

your town perfect.But you still can,if you want to.Hope
