Change Cities
At either the Main Menu or the Character Select Screen:
Hold L + C-Up + C-Down + C-Left + C-Right for 4 seconds.<BR><BR>
A sound effect will confirm correct code entry.<BR><BR>
When the first city's name appears use either the D-Pad or Analog Stick to warp to any level. <BR><BR>(NOTE: In some cases, you might have to bypass the Rumble Pak by pressing A first.)<BR><BR>
Change Cities: Press Left or Right
Change Countries: Press Up or Down.<BR><BR>
This cheat also unlocks secret levels.<BR><BR>
