In the well of ikana canyon is a gibdo (mummy) he asks for blue stuff or something (I think its a big poe or something) how do I get it?

I'm pretty sure that the Gibdo wants some Blue Potion - which you can get from the Akindo Nut near Sakon's Hideout for 100 Rupees!
To get thru the Well - you'll also need (in no particular order):
- 5 Magic Beans: you can get these in the Deku Palace
- 3 Bottles of Bugs: you can get these inside the Well
- 1 Bottle of Hot Spring Water: inside the Well
- 2 Bottles of Fish: inside the Well
- 1 Bottle of Milk: inside the Well from a Cow by playing Epona's Song
- 1 Bottle of Big Poe: inside the Well
- 10 Bombs
- 10 Deku Nuts
Once you finally get thru there - you'll get a new "defensive weapon" and you'll be in the Ancient Castle of Ikana!
