Question for Zelda: Majora's Mask

How do I keep the Southern Swamp from becoming poisoned again? I've already beaten the Woodfall temple, and I am in possession of Odolwa's Remains. Do I have to keep beating the Woodfall boss again each time I go back in to the First Day, in order to rid the Swamp of the poison and access its secrets/Heart Pieces?

Yes, but this time there is a portal straight to the boss from the entrance because of his remains, so you don't have to do the entire temple again.
