First, you need to make your way to the bottom of Goron City. Then stand on the carpet in front of the closed door and play Zelda's Lullaby (obtained by visiting Princess Zelda inside Hyrule Castle). There'll be a lit torch inside Darunia's room, so use a Deku Stick to take the fire and light the torches outside. Lighting the torches on the ground floor will make the giant urn spin.

To get the Goron Bracelet, you need to visit Saria at the Sacred Forest Meadow and learn Saria's Song (follow her music through the Lost Woods). Then play this song in front of Darunia and he'll give it to you. With the Goron Bracelet, you can bomb the boulders blocking the short-cut to the Lost Woods. You can also throw the Bomb Flowers into the spinning urn, which has rupees and a Piece of Heart inside.
