Ok wait until the dragon goes into one of the fire holes. When he is going into one I'm pretty sure you will be hanging from the edge of the thing because rocks should be falling from the sky. So wait until he goes under completley. Then when he comes back up run over to him and hit him as many times as you can with your hammer. He will either lay there paralyzed for a few seconds so you can slash him with your sword or he will go under and then come flying out above you again. So whenever he is flying above you don't do anything. Just run over and hang from the edge because rocks will soon be falling that will hurt you. Wait until he goes under then hit him with the hammer when his head emmerges. I hope this works for you good luck!
