How do you get the suitcases when your in the swamp whith the robot/ hover car dude.

You find the two flood gates and shoot both thier switches until the gate are as high as they can go. Then there is this bell sound. When you hear it go and get a water jet as fast as you can and the water will float you up. The water dosen't stay high for very long so you have to go fast.
