I cant seem to get past this level I really need someone's help I have been on this level for sooooooo long help me plz...
Once I get to where the bomb is with the man behind the gate, it gives me like six seconds before the bomb blows up but I don't know what to do I have tried so many things.

Here I go answering my own question. A short distance away from the elevator is a yellow and black bar hanging from the ceiling, jump and grab it you'll be carried to safety.
